Sometimes I feel like I have to pee, I go, nothing comes out, the feeling persists. continually for awhile. just like you said, but I have no other symptoms. That's one definition, and if you're talking to people who know race theory it will be an effective way to communicate. However, the common usage of racism is racial discrimination.
